The Division of Diversity, Equity, & Educational Achievement (DDEEA) administers the largest collection of equity-focused scholarship and service programs at UW–Madison, including the:

  • Posse Program
  • Precollege Enrichment Opportunity Program for Learning Excellence (PEOPLE)
  • First Wave Scholarship
  • Mercile J. Lee Scholars Program
  • McNair Scholars Program
  • Center for Educational Opportunity (CeO)

Students in these DDEEA programs thrive at UW–Madison. Your generous support will help us continue to make academic and career success a reality for many first-generation students, low-income students, students with disabilities, and underrepresented students of color. A majority of program participants are Wisconsin residents; we provide opportunity and enrichment to over 1,000 students and their communities across the state.

Support our mission to create a diverse, inclusive, and excellent learning environment for all students. Give today.
